Welcome to the Seminole Education Association (SEA). Educators across the county join together to advocate for teachers’ rights, better contract language and better pay for teachers. We are proud to stand with you as a united voice for our students and our profession.

We are an affiliate of the American Federation of Teachers, as well as our state association, the Florida Education Association and the National Education Association. Recently we succeeded in getting teachers higher salaries as well as a bonus for many of our veteran teachers.
